Easy to use, great instructions. Pics of spot were extremely helpful.

I have found unbelievable deals with this app. If you are willing to walk an extra block or two, you can park for 8 hours in the Chicago loop for $12-16. Unheard of! I parked in a lot today that was $6 for the first 30 minutes. When I went to the parking garages site to compare prices, my $16 reservation with Spothero would have been $40 if I bought directly from the garage. Spotheros customer service is great. Things go wrong sometimes with the parking companies, but Spotheros got your back. One time I got a $60 ticket in Milwaukee using the app even though I had followed all the instructions. I emailed Spothero, sent them a picture of the ticket, and they took care of it for me. Never had to make any phone calls and I never dealt with the owners of the lot directly.

Great app, seamless execution, works perfectly

The app has been very buggy lately. Some reservations dont show up and I wind up booking twice and have to call customer service. Sometimes, after I change a reservation the incorrect rental ID shows up on the app and I cant scan into the parking facility. Which is another call to customer service. Could this issue be fixed?

I used to hate driving in Chicago because parking is a nightmare. That all changed when I found SpotHero! Rates are great and its easy to book.

Always check this app before venturing downtown.

No one at garage, had to pay with credit card and SpotHero didnt help after.

Spot Hero is amazing I love having an alternative to paying high parking prices in Chicago. However, they still have not fixed the bug with the Ap that allows me to view/access the passes in the Ap. I have to view passes on the web. Other than that its fantastic!

The three times I was used Spothero I ran into issues. Two times I got parking tickets. Not sure if they communicate to lot owners that paking was prepaid. No reason for tickets. They said I parked in the wrong lot but I followed the photo description of the lot on the app so that was incorrect. Be wary using this app, you may prepay for parking but you will in all likelihood still get a ticket.

Just remember to give yourself enough time on both sides of your reservation - you might arrive early or leave late - most lots dont charge much more if reserved in advance.

Great app saved me 50%. Easy to use and worked great.

The problem is when they switch to scanner code it will not let u in to park. The next is with the park place when they dont let u out with the bar code until u make a com call & ask them to let u out like on 11th St in S.F.

I just loved using this app while visiting Chicago and now its available here in Seattle. It so super easy to use and saves us a lot of money and time. I highly recommend this app to anyone who parks frequently in the city.
