Needs fixes. I use this app everyday!

Please fix the following issues:
1) Persist the login, for ever. Its frustrating to sign in to my account every few days (I have a fairly complicated pwd)
2) default parking search area on map to the last location and time I searched. Since I use it for daily commute, having this default setting will help similar users (current UI is great for on the spot parking search)
