Great resource for city parking! Used the app for the first time this past weekend and couldnt be happier with the location, price and cleanliness of the parking garage!

I LOVE Spot Hero! When Im going downtown, its great to know exactly where to park and that Im getting the best price in the area. The pics showing the entrances and multiple points of entry and the direction of the streets is especially helpful when there are multiple garages so close together. Being able to pay with Apple Pay and to enter and exit by scanning the QR code on my phone is really cool!

I have lived about an hour outside of NYC for my entire life. Driving into the city has always been plagued by parking nightmares. Will we drive in blind and likely be gouged by an unscrupulous random parking place or will we print a coupon and hope for space? Then comes Spot Hero. Heard about it in the radio and decided to try it to take my family to see the Thanksgiving Day Parade. Easy to use, straightforward, out the door price listed clearly. I could not be happier and I will absolutely use again!

I was introduced to this app by a friend and have used it several times and its awesome EVERY TIME. It saves serious cash in the city. Plus no headache looking around to find a good inexpensive parking garage at the right location. My friends and I absolutely love it. Keep up the great work!

This app is simply amazing. Not only do I save a ton of money parking in the highly competitive DTLA environment, I also avoid having to deal with shady parking attendants and fighting over parking spaces with other people. Customer service is highly responsive and friendly. The feature of urban parking has definitely arrived.

This app work well in Chicago. Gave clear directions on how to get there also.

Some bad moments

I was overcharged by $20 in downtown LA tonight. Every other parking spot including the hotel this site put me at was $15-$20 cheaper just showing up. This app is a ripoff. Plus the app forced me to buy 2 spots since you cant change the time without leaving a screen. Ripoff!!!!

I didnt see anything in the description that states this app only works in certain cities. I bought it to get around Phoenix but it says "we dont have any spots in your city, sign up and well notify you when we do". What the heck? I want my money back but how do you get a hold of anyone??? Ugh!

The app has been very buggy lately. Some reservations dont show up and I wind up booking twice and have to call customer service. Sometimes, after I change a reservation the incorrect rental ID shows up on the app and I cant scan into the parking facility. Which is another call to customer service. Could this issue be fixed?

No one at garage, had to pay with credit card and SpotHero didnt help after.

The three times I was used Spothero I ran into issues. Two times I got parking tickets. Not sure if they communicate to lot owners that paking was prepaid. No reason for tickets. They said I parked in the wrong lot but I followed the photo description of the lot on the app so that was incorrect. Be wary using this app, you may prepay for parking but you will in all likelihood still get a ticket.

Every single garage rate in Boston was wrong. Every single one.
