Great resource for city parking! Used the app for the first time this past weekend and couldnt be happier with the location, price and cleanliness of the parking garage!

I LOVE Spot Hero! When Im going downtown, its great to know exactly where to park and that Im getting the best price in the area. The pics showing the entrances and multiple points of entry and the direction of the streets is especially helpful when there are multiple garages so close together. Being able to pay with Apple Pay and to enter and exit by scanning the QR code on my phone is really cool!

I was overcharged by $20 in downtown LA tonight. Every other parking spot including the hotel this site put me at was $15-$20 cheaper just showing up. This app is a ripoff. Plus the app forced me to buy 2 spots since you cant change the time without leaving a screen. Ripoff!!!!

I have lived about an hour outside of NYC for my entire life. Driving into the city has always been plagued by parking nightmares. Will we drive in blind and likely be gouged by an unscrupulous random parking place or will we print a coupon and hope for space? Then comes Spot Hero. Heard about it in the radio and decided to try it to take my family to see the Thanksgiving Day Parade. Easy to use, straightforward, out the door price listed clearly. I could not be happier and I will absolutely use again!

I didnt see anything in the description that states this app only works in certain cities. I bought it to get around Phoenix but it says "we dont have any spots in your city, sign up and well notify you when we do". What the heck? I want my money back but how do you get a hold of anyone??? Ugh!

I was introduced to this app by a friend and have used it several times and its awesome EVERY TIME. It saves serious cash in the city. Plus no headache looking around to find a good inexpensive parking garage at the right location. My friends and I absolutely love it. Keep up the great work!

This app is simply amazing. Not only do I save a ton of money parking in the highly competitive DTLA environment, I also avoid having to deal with shady parking attendants and fighting over parking spaces with other people. Customer service is highly responsive and friendly. The feature of urban parking has definitely arrived.

I only park where spot hero is in Chicago. Best app for anyone that visits Chicago Loop. Dont waste your hard earned money paying full price for parking again.

Always had SpotHero App but never signed up for account. Knowing that Chicago parking valets go from $15-20, I decided to get an account! Glad I did. When getting my car from the same valet type parking, I got my keys & left while my friends had to pay $8 more than I did & tip on top of that! Now I see that a frequent parking garage I use had cheaper rates on SpotHero than my "coupon book". ($12 instead of $18.50!) Great find!!!

We used this for a weekend trip to Chicago and it saved us over half of what we would have paid to park at the hotel. It worked perfectly! We will definitely be using this again.

I love this App! It is so reasonable to park in NYC now and it takes some of the anxiety away from coming into the city and know I have a space waiting for me.

Spot Hero is the best. Easy to use and eases the mind when parking could be a worry or youll be pressed for time and want it taken care of ahead of time. Also fantastic customer service if you have any questions. Will always use when parking could be a hassle or in unfamiliar territory.

Been using best parking app for a few years. This app is way better. I find better prices than other apps. I pay and reserve the spot on my phone. Works flawlessly. Its as easy as that.

I use Spothero every time I park in Chicago. I never have to hunt for a spot on the street or worry about whether or not Im getting the least expensive price for Parking. I also have receipts of every parking experience for tax purposes. I give Spothero my highest recommendation.
