They make promises, but leave you hanging

I purchased a spot for the Nationals opening day. When I got there the spot was filled. The closet spot they could offer me was over a mile away. I had a disabled passenger who could not walk that far so I had to waste time dropping them off near the stadium then waste more time finding parking on my own. They promised me a paltry credit for my hassle and fails,to post that to my account. I was also promised an email from a supervisor by close of business and they never contacted me. Stay away from these liars.
