Good app but trouble every time

The app is good and handy and Ive used it several times to find great parking at good rates. App is easy to use though the directions on how to park, to get in and out, get terribly windy and wordy and can be confusing at times. Its helpful that they show you what the entrance looks like.

My issue is every time I use this app I run into trouble leaving a garage or spot. The QR code never reads or I end up having to pay twice, always having to get assistance. So frustrating, seriously single every time. Looking for a new app.
