Must use in NYC

Recommended by another mom friend. I say that only because you especially want zero parking issues with your hands full and small children. Only snag- app would not let me make res because rate listed did not match the actual rate- but decided to call customer support not expecting anyone to answer being Christmas week- but they did, and were super friendly and helpful. They honored the rate listed - it was only a $2 difference-gave me additional $3 credit, made the res for me, and corrected the rate in the app right away. I recommended app to my mom to use the same day and they suggested I call back to help with her res- different person on the phone but he too was super helpful and friendly. All in all very easy process- no issues at garage, worked as they described, photos were accurate and helpful and the rate was GREAT. Will definitely use again and recommend.
