I used to hate driving in Chicago because parking is a nightmare. That all changed when I found spothero! Rates are great, customer service is super nice....where has spothero been my whole life?

Used this app to reserve parking 3 days prior to a sporting event. Worked like a champ with no problems. This will be my go to app when I need to find parking in the city.

For the love of God, keep me signed in! Im literally on the verge of deleting this love used app. I pull up to a garage and I need to sit there and type in my email and password, ugh! This happens even twice a day!

I love this app. Works great! And if Ive ever had an issue with a parking area - no one around to take my code - spot hero has refunded me. So Im never worried about wasting money.

I use this app at least several times a month for parking in Chicago. I have to drive in for work. No convenient trains. Parking is easy to find near where Im going. The deal I get is consistently a lower price than the posted rates on the parking garage. If I do have a problem, the Customer Service team is very responsive and helpful! Nothing but good things to say about them!

Good: I was able to find what seemed like a good parking deal while visiting Chicago. The spot was cheaper than parking offered at my hotel and was only a block away. Bad: instructions were not clear. I ended up pulling into a parking garage across the street from where the valet was waiting and had to pay an extra $16 for my mistake. When I called Spot Hero, the person who spoke to me was dismissive and insinuated I did not know how to read. Conclusion: Good app, bad UX, worse customer service.

Amazing app, service!!! I attend a lot of concerts, events at stadiums, arenas, centers and Im never late anymore, searching for parking is over, walking blocks is ever!!!

This is hands down the best parking app ever!! Im so thankful to have been introduced to it! It has definitely saved me a lot of money! There is only one problem I discovered but I doubt it happens a lot. Reserving your spot does not guarantee your spot will be available when you get there. However I think this is more likely to happen if you reserve a spot in a small lot versus a garage. Those small lots do not get a notice to keep a spot open so they fill up and when you get there you are out of luck. Happened to me one time but never happened with a garage spot. Im still Team Spot Hero!!

Always have the best experiences with the app and with customer service. Any time Ive had a problem with the app or with the spot they are always understanding, courteous, and definitely reply faster than one would expect.

I use this app every time I travel to New York City, and I can no longer imagine not having it. The directions to each facility are thorough, giving landmarks and surrounding structures instead of only a simple address. Just a couple days ago I saved $7 in parking because of the superior rate Spot Hero found!

I use this app every time I park downtown Chicago. User friendly & you can call customer service to rectify any issues. Hi can even extend your reservation if you need a few more minutes to exit the garage.

Ive used the Spothero app multiple times in all different parts of the city and all experiences have been VERY positive. Friendly welcomes, clean, safe locations. Never a raised eyebrow because I had a discounted parking app, and the best prices around. Highly recommend!

I use this app on a regular basis in conjunction with my part time programs. The app makes it easy to find parking areas close to my clients, usually an easy in and out of the lots and at low cost. In comparison to what I could get charged to what I pay through SpotHero, Ive saved up to 50% sometimes. The best Ive seen for parking, easy and convenient. The support staff responds quickly and addresses concerns and handles them efficiently with a satisfactory return.

I actually parked in the wrong garage in NYC, which didnt realize until I picked up the car. Spot Heros customer service immediately worked with me to refund my payment in a swift and professional manner. Really nice to know you can use the service without worrying about hassles in fixing mistakes.

The app is good and handy and Ive used it several times to find great parking at good rates. App is easy to use though the directions on how to park, to get in and out, get terribly windy and wordy and can be confusing at times. Its helpful that they show you what the entrance looks like. My issue is every time I use this app I run into trouble leaving a garage or spot. The QR code never reads or I end up having to pay twice, always having to get assistance. So frustrating, seriously single every time. Looking for a new app.
