The prices are usually great- you can always find a lot with a great price. Knowing that you already have a spot reserved and paid for is a great confidence booster when driving into the city.

SpotHero makes parking so easy to find and at a discount. Ill never waste time during around looking for a place to park again.

I wish I had found this app sooner. I spent a week in Chicago in the summer of 2015 and paid anywhere from $30-70 for one day ( 12 hours ) in a parking garage. There had to be a cheaper way. This year I did some research online to see how I can get discounted parking and someone on blog mentioned spot hero. I downloaded the app which was very easy to use and started saving immediately !! This year I have paid rates as low as $10 for the same 12 hour parking. Thanks spot hero !!

Havent used this app a lot but the few times I have it was so easy. Glad I found it.

I always find very convent locations, at superb prices, in Chicagos loop. No matter if, I reserve days ahead or minutes before, Im always able to get great spots. The locations are easy to locate, enter and exit. My car is always safe and sound, which make my experiences, all the more pleasant. This is the best parking app ever!

This app is the best tool for finding cheap and well located parking garages or parking lots in Chicago. I like that you can choose from different parking options and even take a look of the place from the app pictures. It is very easy to use and customer service is superb!

This app is genius. It marks all the parking near where you want to go and then saves you half or more what you would normally pay each time. Trip cancelled? Parking easily refunded. I went to a downtown museum and got valet parking less than 50 feet from the entrance for $14. Amazing!! Love this app.

This app does all the leg work for me, so GREAT! Customer service is EXCELLENT! So patient & kind as they helped us out when we got turned around (lost, lol) trying to locate the garage. It was truly a great experience, they even changed our check-in time while we were on the phone with them! Miracle workers I tell you!!!!

I purchased a spot for the Nationals opening day. When I got there the spot was filled. The closet spot they could offer me was over a mile away. I had a disabled passenger who could not walk that far so I had to waste time dropping them off near the stadium then waste more time finding parking on my own. They promised me a paltry credit for my hassle and fails,to post that to my account. I was also promised an email from a supervisor by close of business and they never contacted me. Stay away from these liars.

Every time I need to find a parking space in Chicago, I rely on SpotHero. Its so convenient to know in advance where Ill be parking and to have photos of exactly what to look for. I love that the app tells you exactly where to go and, should you encounter any problems (very rare), it also gives a phone number and email to contact for support. Ive been using it for 2-3 years and its been so helpful!

Love Spot Hero-just used it yesterday and cut what would be a $33.00 parking bill for 3 hours down to $15. -and I could have parked there for another 6 hours. It makes going downtown easy and affordable as on average I will pay $10-12.00 for however long I want:)

Used this app to go a TD garden event in Boston. Easy and inexpensive parking made the whole experience fun.

No waiting in line to pay. Huge benefit as people crowd around the self pay machine. Occasional issue with bar code but Spot Hero seem to have made the bar code brighter to pick up easier. Had no issues last two times getting in or out. Great cost savings over regular rates.

I was lucky enough to have a first rate first time using Spot Hero! I would definitely use this again it was so easy & convenient. The only minor glitch was since it was my first time using it and Im old school I wasnt sure if I had to print out the confirmation or not since it wasnt clearly stated on your instructions (I should have known no one uses paper and I kinda thought you could just use your phone but as I said Im from kinda back in the day) but I called customer service & left my number for them to call me back which they did and couldnt of been nicer. So other than that it was GREAT!

We use Spot Hero on a regular basis. It is a fast, easy service to use. Even at the last minute, you can call and get things taken care of easily. Have never had a bad experience. Thanks for the superb parking service!
