SpotHero: #1 Rated Parking App App Reviews

Recommended by another mom friend. I say that only because you especially want zero parking issues with your hands full and small children. Only snag- app would not let me make res because rate listed did not match the actual rate- but decided to call customer support not expecting anyone to answer being Christmas week- but they did, and were super friendly and helpful. They honored the rate listed - it was only a $2 difference-gave me additional $3 credit, made the res for me, and corrected the rate in the app right away. I recommended app to my mom to use the same day and they suggested I call back to help with her res- different person on the phone but he too was super helpful and friendly. All in all very easy process- no issues at garage, worked as they described, photos were accurate and helpful and the rate was GREAT. Will definitely use again and recommend.

This is a great app for reduced parking rates. Paid 1/2 of typical rate for parking in midtown Manhattan. Love that I can see the rates of various garages and prepay for a reserved spot. I give my link to all my guests coming to visit me.

Love the convenience but every time I book now it gives me an error message and I have to open the email confirmation to view the qr code in a browser. It would be great if the transaction would just complete in the app like it used to. IPhone 6s plus, ios 10.2

I really do recommend this app for anyone who travels. To me its kind of essential to me when i travel around.

Very accurate and helpful. Sometimes the prices are the same as if you pay at the garage.

Used SpotHero a couple of times in SFO - both times worked really well and saved me a bundle of money Make sure to read the operating hours of the places which are clearly posted on the app Just one suggestion to make this app even better is to have the user reviews the place and provide rating thats visible to all

This app is amazing. I was skeptical at first because it seemed too good to be true. We parked for 2 days in NYC for New Years Eve for $40 in a great location. Thanks spot hero!

Ive never had a problem with SpotHero and Im so happy with how much money I save whenever I go into the city. I cannot believe people pay full prices for parking garages after using SpotHero. Very user friendly. Fantastic app!

OMG i wuv spothero. I can always find a nice spot to nap in or just post up for an afternoon smoke. The privacy is nothing short of a personal hide out in the woods, think Jessie James. My wife can never find me - thanks spot hero!!! Slowly replacing air BNB...

App charged $5 more than it cost to pay for the spot on site!

Please fix the following issues: 1) Persist the login, for ever. Its frustrating to sign in to my account every few days (I have a fairly complicated pwd) 2) default parking search area on map to the last location and time I searched. Since I use it for daily commute, having this default setting will help similar users (current UI is great for on the spot parking search)

Im new to the US, and parking is a real nightmare to me when it comes to name like DC, Chicago, New York, LA. But, thanks to SpotHero, I handle it with much ease and even admiration from friends, and of course, at a much cheaper price than the usual way. But the thing I like the most is spot preservation. I dont wanna spend my traveling time driving around looking for parking. I want to know exactly where I park, even when it takes a little walk to my destination. Time wise, its better.

This app is awesome. Makes parking so convenient and affordable. I have been using it for several years. Their customer service is excellent too! I had an issue with a parking garage once, even though I had reserved a spot with SpotHero. Ended up paying full price. I contacted SpotHero and they immediately reimbursed me!!

SpotHero saves me $5 every time I park in Brooklyn; and helps me find good, less expensive lots when i travel. I recommend it to my friends. Super easy to use!

Its a great idea but needs a lot of work. It logs me off every other day which is annoying. I want to de in logged in as I do on all of my other apps. Also EVERY DAY when I reserve my parking spot it tells me at check out that it cannot connect to the server. Often I end up calling them directly and all I get is "have you updated our app?" Like how many times do I need to keep updating it. Please work on these issues. Its a great app but its too much work and hassle.

Super easy to use and convenient.

I have used this app a bunch of times already in NYC and absolutely love it. So simple to use and really saves you money when reserving a spot in advance. I highly recommend this app to everyone.
